Sands gets new partner in China
The Las Vegas Sands’ (NYSE: LVS – News) subsidiary of Macao has canceled its hotel-management contract with Shangri-La Asia and reports said it was close to signing with the Intercontinental Hotels (NYSE: IHG – News) for run hotel is building two towers as part of a $ 4 billion expansion. The Sands plans to open the initial phase of the project, often delayed the end of this year. Shares of Sands has increased by 7.5% to 41.94. Intercontinental also rose 1.4% to 20.89.
